making a final tax return when business is finished

I have run a small music school from my own home for the past 5 years. It's just me (registered as a sole trader) and I do my tax returns online every year. I finished up teaching in December as we are moving. Do I have to notify the Revenue that my business is finished? Or do I just do my return as normal? I don't seem to remember there being a section on the form 11 for business finishing.

There is a place on the form 11 for date of cessation.

If you have been using a December Year end that you don't have to worry about the prior year review provisions
