I'm Looking to buy a for laptop 5-600

    Well how are ye, been looking at laptops for the past while and been flicking threw boards posts but said Id start my own post, looking to buy a laptop for around 500-600, Id use it for media/streaming and some gaming. Any help choosing one would be great! Thanks (Excuse the title didn't realise it was wrong untill after I posted..)

    Lenovo G50-70 39,6 cm (15,6 Zoll HD LED) Notebook (Intel Core i7 4510U, 3,7GHz, 3,1GHz, 4GB RAM, Hybrid 500GB HDD (8GB SSD), Radeon R5 M230 2 GB. The reviews seem pretty good only thing im worried about is the graphics card?

    Apparently that gpu is terrible not much better then intels hd grahics 4600 so I wouldnt be thinking about doing any gaming on it.

    Nope it doesnt, id conisder a PC to be honest it'd prob be better too by the looks of it.

    Great you can get much better quality gameplay with a build and its not hard. Check out PC building forum and post up ur budget etc from the template.

    Loads of laptops around for that price which are decent enough. Like this one.

    i5-4200M
    Full HD Screen
    4Gb Ram
    GT740 Graphics

    Shop around, you should be able to find one for less if you look, depending on when you look, they vary from 450-600 all the time for spec's of this type.

    Would be good for most games at 720p medium-ish settings, which is good for a mobile card in that price range. That R5 230 is rubbish, wouldn't play new games even at lowest settings.
