PS3 Controllers Sold Out everywhere

Hi,

I am looking to buy some new official PS3 controllers in a shop (don't want to be stung with fakes online) but it seems very difficult to find them. The following shops are all sold out:

* Argos
* Smyths
* Gamestop

Is it just very difficult to get PS3 controllers now that the PS4 is out??

There is a way to use PS4 controllers on the PS3. It's a much nicer controller, definitely worth it!

Seems it was patched in with a PS3 firmware update last July. The rumble and motion don't work however.

It doesn't have full functionality though... The PS button doesnt work so you can't turn the console off. And certain games don't respond at all (GTAV being a significant one for me)
I also need a Dualshock 3 but with spending so much on my PS4 last week I can't justify the price for a controller for the older console.

CEX have PS3 controllers, they are 2nd hand but in very good condition

2nd videogamesplus, have been using them for years, never had an issue.
