Thought Roche was worth a bet at 5/2 in Boyles today after Van Persie said he wouldn't be there so I had ruled him out of it.
Surprised she didn't get it though after all the Irish voted for her, guess it was just a step too far.

There are a lot more Colombians and Real Madrid fans than Irish people so it's not that surprising. She did well enough getting 33% of the vote.

Nothing on Boyles website so far but let's see what they say when I go in on the way home tonight.

Should have known better, the staff member even laughed at me when I suggested they might have refunded seeing as PP did.

5/2 Boyles with no refund, 2/1 PP with a cash refund, great choice that was.

Not being funny, but you're posting as if you think you should be entitled to one. There is absolutely no reason you'd be entitled to a refund.

Not entitled but I would have assumed that if one of the "Big 3" did a refund, one or both of the others that had the market would follow.
Happens all the time in racing.
Wouldn't have been a massive market for them to refund as the cost couldn't have been that much for a novelty market like that.
