I am studying a level 7 business course and one of the modules in this course is law. The semester was divided between a class test which was worth 30% I got a measly 14% which works out at 4.6% I have a exam on Thursday which is worth 70% so what do I need to pass the exam? Do I need to get 36% in this exam to pass the module over all?

No you will need to get a little bit more than 50% in the exam to pass over all - 50% of 70% (exam) = 35% overall + 4.6% overall = ~40%
