Android phone freezing... how do you completely reinstall Android?

    I have a Lenovo a820 and I was having issues with the bluetooth so I tried to run a reset. It seems to be frozen now on the startup screen but I can access the android menu. I had backed it up prior to doing the reset but it wont seem to recognise the files and restore it to backup.

    I think I have to completely overwrite the system and upload jellybean but I cant seem to find a zip with it anywhere or any information on how to do this.

    Any help would be most appreciated. I don't know a whole lot about android but I would have good working knowledge of the technical side of windows and OS.
