I got Efibre before christmas. On every other computer/labtop the connection is fine.
But on my labtop the connection has started to go limited every 10-20mins for about 1 min & then is fine.
Ive changed the setting in Internet Protocol to obtain automatic DNS server & other settings but it hasn't improved things. Anything else I can do as its  is very frustating & the problem is getting worse.

    Hi MD1990

While the above links from jd may be helpful it really is best to contact eircoms technical support department on 1890260260 as they can look in to this in detail for you.

    Thanks
    Al
