    Hi i have a problem with my car Foot brake gone hard and power going down in car wont go faster than 60mph.

    It would seem you have lost vacuum, it will affect the brakes like you decribe and will influence some engine actuators like boost control or air mass.

    Possibly the pump is gone or a big leak,brake servo possibly. Any decent garage should diagnose this fairly easily.

    You dont want to be driving it with practically no brakes.
