I'm trying to say "the cutest teddy bear in the world" (don't ask ... School thing for my 6 year old)! I've said "an béirín is gleoite sa domhan" but should it be "... ar domhan"? Any advice appreciated.

'ar domhan' is the way to go - some examples

Both work, but I'd agree with the above that ar domhan is better.
