    Hello

Got letter of offer few weeks back but didn't sign due to legal issues with contract

    This is with aib

It's gone over 30 days by a week or so

Silicitor never mentioned this to me

Can we still just sign and solicitor will tell bank about the legal delays etc ?

Banks don't enforce the 30 day condition on a loan offer. You have six months to sign the acceptance and drawdown the funds from Aib.
