So I've heard a few people mention that Bank of America (BAC) and Citigroup are good investments. I'm thinking about investing in these companies and I am still reasonably new to the stock market. So I looked at the intrinsic value of the companies after reading what Warren Buffett said about margin of safety.

Bank of Americas intrinsic share value is 53.26. The share price is currently trading at 16.98. Is that not a no brainer?! or am I missing something? Again I am new to this so go easy!
