Tobacco underage in an airport

    Hey guys
    I'm travelling to Berlin in febuary and I was wondering if I could bring smokes with me and not get them confiscated as I am 16? I will only be using a carry on bag so can I throw them in any where or do they need to be somewhere specific? Sorry if these questions seem stupid :) thanks

    My guess would be that it's illegal, but when I was younger my father used to put some of his cigarettes into my suitcase when we were travelling and there was never a problem
