Rent Rent Supplement moving house

I'm being evicted from my home so the landlord can renovate the house, I have found a new house in the same area the rent is €350 in the new house, My old house €260.

My question is this, who do I talk to about the change of address and my rent Supplement payment, The health center I used to use was closed a year or 2 ago, Does the social welfare look after these matters now? http://www.welfare.ie/en/Pages/otheroffice/community-welfare-office-dublin_central.aspx
I checked that site, I'm Dublin 14 And that site states:

"Clinics are for general Supplementary Welfare Allowance claims only Rent and Mortgage Supplement claims/ queries are being dealt with by:
    Rent and Mortgage Section"

I need to talk to someone face to face and there is only an address given, do they operate a walk in service? I can't afford to not get my rent supplement.

Will there be a delay in rent supplement payment during the change?

You will roughly be waiting 4 weeks to receive rent supplement again as when you move it's canceled and his reapplied for again, you must ring and notify rent supplement crowd usually this must be done before you move in to make sure rent.is.not above your area rate.but In The meantime you must pay all outstanding rent, I'm not 100% but I don't think the rent supplement is back dated any more either.
    Hope this helps
