Restrictions on JB for part time worker in a family business

    Hi,

    Have 2 questions:

    1. Are there any restrictions on claiming a part time Jobseeker Benefit when the person on JB (for more than 12 months but including 9 months Jobbridge) would take up part time (1 or 2 days) employment in a husband's sole trade business? Would a dockets system apply then for the remaining days?
Of course assuming, the person is still actively looking for a full time job.

    2. Would such employment qualify as a subsidiary employment for the purpose of taxation of part time JB, providing that the job in fact was performed outside of working hours for the last 2 years without affecting the other full time job or later full time Jobbridge position?
Until now, it has been unofficial job but considering the official route for taxation purposes.

    TIA
