Quick hardwareversand bank transfer question

    Mailed support but they haven't got back to me.

    I set up the payee with BOI, the 'Intended purpose' has the format 12345-12345. BOI won't let me put in the dash, so I put in "12345 12345" (a space for the dash).

    Does anyone know if this will cause a problem? I'm afraid the system won't recognize it and my money will be stuck in limbo for ages.

    I didn't even enter the "intended purpose" and my build arrived yesterday.

    I had the EXACT same fear last week when I ordered as BOI wont accept a -.

    I just left a space and all was ok, Awaiting delivery now.

    Thanks, but fcuk 'em at this stage, three days with no reply and i'm trying to give them money. It must be a nightmare to get a refund/exchange. Dabs are the same price anyway.
