Receiver for defaullted Bank of Scotland Mortgages?

Hi, a friend is looking to buy a house in Clonmel and has heard of a house which was owned by someone with a bank of scotland mortgage which he defaulted on and gave back the keys. Its not on market but wondering how i can find out which receiver owns these loans now?
