Constructive Dismissal

I have being told that due to the Statute of Limitations I am unable to retrospectively sue my previous employer "The Minister of Defense" for Constructive Dismissal in 1992.

Being of my age, now in my 50's I was of a generation who were not too savvy when it came to the law and claiming against other people/companies. Not an excuse, just a generational thing, and I think also an imposed ignorance can be blamed, as well as my own stupidity.

So my question is quite simple, and should I think only require a Yes/No answer.

Is there any way that a retrospective claim of constructive dismissal can be brought against my previous employer after nearly 22 years?
