TopShop Returns When Bought Online

Hey Folks,

I've had a look but the threads here are pretty old and possibly out of date so I said I'd ask.
I bought something online from TopShop. I know I can go through the returns process and post it back to them BUT, is it possible to bring it back to one of their shops and have the dosh paid back onto your card?

Yep I do this all the time! Just bring the proof of purchase sheet with you that should have came with your item. The don't return for brands such as Topshop unique and Motel though, you'd have to return them back via post for that.

They will return in-store, you get the daily exchange rate in Euro back on your card.

I said when ordering that she needed a size larger than that which she asked for

It says at the bottom there that because they're by Chloe Green and not standard topshop collection that they can only be returned by post..

Hi, I was just wondering. I ordered something from the topshop.com site in £s . Now I want to return it. Will a topshop store here except it back? Also there's a free returns sticker with it, but being in Ireland would that work?
