App Store Broken?

Is the App Store broken for people? I can't buy apps (free or paid) and it's not updating apps. Happening since last night. Has this something to do with pending price increases?

Working fine for me and I just updated an app.
Have you tried restarting the phone? Hold the home and power button until the apple appears on screen.

I think this is happening to me too i get a blank white square box on the screen.

I was getting an error saying this app is no longer available when updating but it's fixed now.

Same happened me but once I accepted the new terms and conditions in the App Store it worked perfect.
