Low-cost accountant

Can anyone recommend a low-cost account to do an annual tax computation and complete Form 11? It's no more than two hours work, with all correspondence by email. My accountant is now based in the UK and isn't as familiar with the Irish tax system now. Please PM with details. Thanks in advance
