First things first, it's a 1 day ban of Three forum not the end of the world, just the reasoning is ridiculous.

    Your post:Quote: Etnies
    Quote: Boskowski
Nothing really can be said without knowing how much data had been used. To be fair. Depending on settings like auto updates - as a previous user said - phones can have a life of their own.

Having said that offering monthly auto top-ups and then coming up with something stupid like every second month you're not covered for one day is either moronic or gouging.

I think it's you being moronic, the CUSTOMER setup a direct debit every 30 days when not all months of the year have 30 days, surely you can see where this will cause problems, it's hardly Three's fault is it? there's been multiple posts about this before. Their out of bundle charges are excessive and he hit these charges.

Using the same word as he used but I get a ban, just silly that people like this have admin rights.

His use of moronic was directed at the company's top-up policy. Your use was directed at the other poster and can't therefore be seen as anything other than personal abuse.

    Ban upheld.
