I know its likely i will have to take two buses which is fine, but if any one knows an good option please let me know ..

Bus 18 from Crumlin to Palmerstown. Transfer at Lucan Road Footbridge to Bus 25 to Lucan Village, just around the corner from Millbank.

As the 25 operates only once an hour, be aware that you can also get a 66, 66a, 66b or 67 from Palmerstown to the Lucan Road at Lucan Village. It's a longer walk, but there are six of these buses an hour.

Head down to foxborough and get the 151. Good service and leaves you right at Crumlin hospital.
