Honda FR-V key/fob not working

One of our key fobs doesn't work. I assumed it was the battery in it as it had been weak for a while (needed to be close to car for it to work). I got it open, eventually, and there is what seems like a sealed unit inside it. I can post pics if necessary. Is there a battery inside the unit that can be replaced? Thanks

Same thing happened to mine, I changed the battery but it would no longer lock or unlock the doors.

So now I can only use one key. If I lock the car with the 'good' key, and manually unlock it with the other, then the alarm sounds. I can still drive it, but the alarm sounds.
