Engineering - DCU or TCD

Having set my mind on doing Engineering despite not having a science subject I'm now in two minds as to where to go. Trinity and DCU are the only two colleges I'm considering, especially because I don't meet the requirements for the UCD engineering course and most other level 8 engineering courses (no lab science) but I haven't a clue which to put top of my CAO. I know I'm well able to get the points required for both courses.

Trinity has the central location, DCU has newer facilities.
DCU has 1 year general engineering, while Trinity has 2.
    etc etc

    Any help is greatly appreciated:)
