Bank draft and payment

    Hi
    Could anyone tell me is it possible to pay for a bank draft in the bank of Ireland with a bank of irelsnd credit card and if so is there a limit

    I doubt you can actually just pay for it with the credit card, you may be able to do a cash advance from the card (if banks still do them?) and then use the cash to pay for the draft.

    I think that all drafts must be paid for by debiting an account - so that there's a clear audit trail re money laundering. Credit cards don't count.
