    Can anyone tell me how to find out the age of a dog from it's chip. ?

    the chip number will be on the dogs registration papers, and the date of birth,in the absence of the papers contact the kennel club.

    I'm not sure if he was registered with the kennel so do u think they will no his age from his chip.

    He is more than likely registered with the IKC as he is chipped,although there are also private firms that register chipped dogs also.Ring the IKC and you'll soon know.

    When you get the dog chipped you use to have to register it on Fido.ie , maybe check with them
