Nissan Micra 2003 - Car Idle - Throttle Sensor & Throttle Body Errors

Hi, I would like some advice on an issue i'm having with my car.

Car: Nissan Micra 2003 1.0

Issue: Car starts, but won't get go over 2mph. Engine Idle.

Side Information: For months the battery was getting drained - we replaced the battery. Maybe it's related somehow.


Car Fault codes appearing after scan : P1122 & P1126

P1122 Nissan – Electric Throttle Control Performance Problem
Possible causes
- Faulty Electric Throttle Control Actuator
- Electric Throttle Control Actuator harness is open or shorted
- Electric Throttle Control Actuator circuit poor electrical

P1126 Nissan – Throttle Control Motor Relay Circuit Open
Possible causes
- Fualty Throttle Control Motor relay
- Throttle Control Motor relay harness is open or shorted
- Throttle Control Motor relay circuit poor electrical connection

Questions:

1) I've checked the connections and voltage, and cleaned it out to see if there was a blockage, Do you think performing a Accelerator Pedal Released Position Learning, & Throttle Valve Closed Position Learning process is the next step?

2) Do you have any experience with this type of issue? Or any other area I should be looking at.

Getting a Throttle Body part tomorrow. No idea if that will fix it. Eeeep

We replaced the throttle body, issue still the same , same error codes.

Anyone got any advice? Got new relays today and going to try them
