Stag Do Irish Festival

Trying to get some sort of an idea for my stag do - bestman currently coming up with ideas but my wish was to have it at the puck fair in Kerry until we realised that it falls basically the weekend or two before the wedding which is too risky! lol I was wondering if anyone had any other ideas for old time irish festivals…
