    Hi and Happy New year to everyone, removed the interior, bonnet ,boot , and doors, body, engine gearbox ,back axle , and front suspension off of the Scimitar .Now just have the chassis it going to be
    sandblasted next week. What paint would you recommend for the chassis .
    Colour has to be black. Thanks.

    I would recommend black. And if not black, then I would recommend ... black.

    I like to use Lowe Rost primer on underside parts, then get some Wurth Body Schutz to give it some protection from the elements, and finally Wurth cavity wax and with any luck it will last a lifetime!

    Hi Chassis back axle and suspensions going to be sandblasted primed and painted black,
    all new polybushes will be fitted, when I have that finished I will start at the body ,its going
    to be a full re-spray in its original colour , not sure of colour name or code its kind of toffee
    or tan . Engine will have cylinder heads plained new gaskets and a full service will also put evens waterless coolent in it ,that should keep me out of the pub for a while .

    Check VIN number for the colour.
