So according to IBEC 60% of us are going to get pay rises... Will you?

I won't, didn't get one in 6 years and company has already extended it out to 2016.

Anyhow even if I got 5% it still won't make up for pay erosion over the last 6yrs due to taxes, inflation and price increases.

Nope, haven't had one in two years. Meanwhile I work next to contractors who are on 3x my salary, and get an increase every new contract. I can tell you, that's where I'll be as soon as practically possible.

I've had five payrises in seven years and they have been pretty much absorbed by increased PRSI and USC. W.ankers

I would not expect it due to getting a large one last year along with a matching bonus. I'll probably get an inflation increase so I'd guess 3%.

    Yeah, about 4%.
