will there be mma with weapons? obviously non-lethal. was just a random thought but something else I think about below:

when I think about the sport in the future I wonder about medical science advancement and the better knowledge on head injuries/concussions, how will it effect full contact sports, will they be 'watered down'?

fighter safety is a major concern today, Rugby is going thru some changes at the moment, perhaps in the future fighters will be forced to retire after a certain amount of KO's?

No, there will never be weapons in mma. Or any other sanctioned sport.
That kind of thing existed in the past, and was stopped as people preferred not to die.

No weapons are non lethal either tbh (outside the likes of padded pugil sticks from gladiators). Sticks and other blunt weapons can still kill.
That's why the police stopped referring to the likes if plastic bullets as non-lethal, they call them less-lethal now I think.

I think he was kicked for getting caught using steroids. Which was obvious from the start given he was a bodybuilder tbf.
But he also had a massive addiction to crack and heroin his whole life apparently.

There's another Polish thing where they have team fights.
4/5 to a team wearing matching colours... That video just reminded me.

There were going to be weapon fights in the early UFCs the dog brothers had been asked to do it but when the time came it was considered "too extreme for the UFC format" you can see the letter on their site I can post links sadly.

The biggest problem with a weapon fight is preventing people killing someone to win before a ref can step in.
