.net / WPF / Avalonedit Question

I asked a question on stackoverflow a week and a half ago which is unlikely to be answered at this stage.

I have created my own custom control in WPF which in turn uses the Avalonedit control. However, placing my control in a scroll viewer is causing problems. All the code and information is in the stackoverflow question.

If anyone has experience with Avalonedit, or might have an idea what is happening, I'd appreciate if you could take a look.

    Thanks.
