Bit stuck. My sister is unemployed and is looking for work. She mostly uses her laptop to search. She tried logging on this morning but keeps getting this message after she puts in her username and password. "The User profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded." D*LL want to charge her a fortune to fix…

D*LL want to charge her a fortune to fix it and its only just out of warranty. Anyone on here any ideas? She doesn't have the money to fix it and I'm not able to help this month.
