TS 115 trouble

Have a TS 115 here with what I think is known as the sle type gearbox. Tractor going ok until recently the spool valves and lift slowed down and have no stopped working, it also feels as if the clutch is slipping, but I'm told there's no clutch in these only a forward and reverse pack. Have checked the pump and there's over 3000 psi, so that seems ok, also changed the filters. Is it possible that all these things are connected and why, or is this tractor about to cost me a lot of money. Already posted this on 4x4 and tractors forum, but got no replies.

is there a loader on the tractor? is it working? is the oil going a milky colour? how long do you have the tractor.

No loader. Don't think oil is milky/frothy looking. Have the tractor around 2 1/2 yrs, have a good bit of slurry and dump trailer work done in that time.

Your brakes could have disinter grated and fillings in the pre filter

kinda sound like a problem like oil is contaminated with something. doesn't happen over night.
damage may have been done to a valve somewhere along the line. or a couple of valves.
the brakes don't have to be gone. iv seen a tiny bit of dirt doin a lot of damage over time.
just on the arms not working. some tractors have an ecu controlling the transmission have seen this giving trouble before aswell.
is the control for the arms electric on that tractor?

hard to tell without looking at machine.

also does anyone else use your trailor or tanker and have the same problem?

I'd say ye could be on the ball lads, when the filters were changed during the summer, we definitely found steel grit and even a few bigger bits that looked like needles from a small bearing in the main big filter. Had a man doing a bit of ripping yesterday, took of the back wheel and checked all the valves on the outside, but found nothing apparent. He's taken the pump away today to check that out. V annoying to be ripping a tractor and not knowing what we're looking for.

Might not have anything to do with the op s problem but id a nh tractor with pump issues aswell and when we changed the pump it was still no better in the end it turned out that the new Holland filters were restricting oil flow and starveing the pump of oil a set of fleetguard filters cured the problem.

seen this happening before, lad bought spurious filters with the wrong micron level. starved back end of oil.
