Broken door of quadrant shower enclosure - what to do?

    Hi all,

I broke the glass of a quadrant shower sliding door. I know very little about DIY. What do I do from here?

I presume I'll have to get the whole enclosure replaced?

What are my chances of finding the same enclosure so that I could just change the doors?

If I'm going in to a shop what measurements/info should I have about it? Is the curvature radius important?

What sort of cost am I looking at (so I know if I'm getting fleeced!)?

    Thanks

    Cheers,

Are these standardised in any way? How would I know that it fits?

I suggest that you measure one of the edges of the shower tray - that's the radius and you will know pretty soon if its a 800mm or 900mm. And try to find something printed on the remaining panels that might hint at a name of the model. Then take that info. to a plumbing suppliers such as DPL in Dublin (if you are in Dublin). I know that Flair manufactures in Ireland and they may be able to supply replacement doors for their products. (I doubt that a door for one brand will fit another as each brand will have different hanging options on the frame - but get the info and then you can be told by somebody who knows more than me)
