How long would it take to wait for my laptop to be fixed?

My Toshiba Satellite C850 laptop currently has three problems with it:
    • Main problem: There is a problem with the motherboard itself. Needs replacing
    • The USB 3.0 port is not reading any devices. Possibly a hardware issue
    • The earphone port is not working correctly. Have to wriggle the jack around for a bit to get the sound working correctly

I dropped it into PC World on December 14, and I have not heard back from them yet. Anyone know how long would it take to repair these three problems?

    Thanks.

PC World sometimes have to send stuff away for it to be fixed, they seem to take forever. Probably best to give them a ring and see whats going on.
