Keep on getting large red spots on the same area.

Over the past few months i have been getting 2 large red spots on the same area. Basically on the left hand side of my forehead i keep on getting them.

Like they come then after a few days and one squeeze to get the blood out of them they die down and disappear for about 2 weeks and they come back again this has been happing for the past 4 or 5 months now at this stage.

I will point out that i am a lad 22 years old so might be just be my age. But i use face washes and change between my Moisturisers Eg i have one for the morning and one for the night.

Other then the area i keep on getting the spots my skin is extremely clear so i cant understand what it might be ?

I am thinking it could be a infection of some kind could it ?
