Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just wondering if anyone else who purchased in 2013 is getting letters for payment of the property tax despite being exempt until 2016? I got one late last year for 2014 and rang revenue who said that's fine and made a note of it. Now I have just received a letter from them for 2015!! I have contacted them again to tell…

Whose responsibility was this at the time to notify revenue or does it happen automatically?
