Hi Guys - both myself and my partner have BOI accounts (current & savings) and are looking to open a joint savings account - can this be done online or do we need to go into a branch to open it? Going into branch would require both of us taking time off work so we are trying to avoid this. Thanks

    Hi ofthelord,

Thank you for contacting us on Boards.

To open a joint Savings Account, it would be necessary that you make an appointment with your branch. You can make an appointment in your nearest branch here and some of our branches have Saturday morning opening hours which may be of help to you and your partner. You can find the details of the branches that are open on Saturday mornings here.

Please let us know if you need help with any other query.

    Thanks,
    Sarah
