I had a laparoscopic surgery back in November and my periods are still awful, in fact, they feel worse. Has anyone else experienced this? At my post opt visit my doctor also mentioned going on lupron. I had read terrible stories online and decided against it. He advised me that it was the best option (and also really expensive). He said my only other option of truly getting rid of the disease is a hysterectomy, which I now know to be false from reading other threads. Are there any specialists in Dublin or around Ireland that would know more?
