BBC 1&2 HD etc missing after using channel edit software

When using software (dreamboxedit) to create and upload a custom channel list to a Linux box, I lose the HD BBC channels "tune failed" but if I revert back to the autobouquets lists then it works perfectly fine. Has anyone experience of this or suggest how to fix it as the custom list would be so much easier to use. Is it…
