Is it worth spending the 400 plus euro on this,Currently training in JJJ,krav maga and will probably go back to muay thai at the start of this year.

Reviews look good but want to be sure before spending the cash.

We have one at our gym and I don't find them great.

You can't really use them for training elbows as you'd want to practise stepping right in close to elbow but the base of the BOB is too wide for that. You might get some use for practising precision for landing shin to neck (you said you did Thai) but you are still having to work around the base.

A good heavy bag and the cost of mounting it would probably work out cheaper and would serve you much better IMO.
