Help! Looking for a life coach in the carlow/kilkenny area

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone recommend a life coach in the Carlow or Kilkenny area
- having trouble finding one online.

As it's that time of year when people evaluate their life,
I realised I am having a bit of a mid life crisis :-)

I looked for one about 5+ years ago in the KK area and couldn't find one to suit and ended up in Naas with someone I was very happy with in the end. I was working near naas at the time so suited me but I still looked for someone in KK( as I was about to be made redundant and had lots of free time coming up...)

I can highly recommend one in Carlow, my other half went to him, and on his recommendation a good friend went, cannt recommend highly enough.
