Our water (hot and cold) is pressurised using a 3 bar pump. Is it possible to install an electric shower to the pressurised system?

No, an electric shower has it's own pump built in and it requires it's own dedicated supply from the Cold Water Tank. Or main if it's a mains shower.
If you have a pressurized system why not just get a Power Shower.

Yes op you can. If you get a triton T80 it will do the job.

An electric shower Will work great on your system but as Dtp1979 says it has to be a mains fed shower. The Triton T80z is the best mains fed electric shower on the market at the moment. It costs around 200 Euro
