Flight and holiday prices more than double Outside School Term times. 2015 Dates?

Trying to book some time off for holidays and breaks for the coming year now.

But as usual I want to avoid any time schools are off, as flight or holiday prices more than double at these times. Also they are a little higher in the week before or after as some parents takes their kids out of school so they can go away a little bit cheaper.

I think Mid-term is around the week of Feb 14th.
Easter is from 28th March to 12th April.

Thats all I know of. Can anyone post the rest of the out of school times for the year?

Mid Term this year is Feb 16th, Easter is March 27th.

Of course if there is a 'snow event' those dates may change.
