It's been about seven years that I've had a lucky spring. It comes from a pen, and, despite moving house a few times, the spring keeps turning up.

Now - it may be a different spring each time, as I break a lot of pens. But that's not important right now.

Anyone else have a lucky inanimate object?

Actually, so do I. It makes this horrible loud beep-beep noise that wakes me up even after about 12 years.

I set it to LongWave radio over the holidays though (by accident), so it eventually woke me up with static. Static is very easy to sleep through.

I have a 4 leaf clover I found in my back garden a few years ago. I've it laminated in my wallet.

    It must have been good.

I have an ugly red and black striped t-shirt that won't go away, have it twenty odd years, gave it to the dog to play with and she folded it up and put it back in the press.

    Want to sell:

1 small spring. Possibly from a pen of some type. Found behind me, slightly to the left.

    $100 no offers.

I have a lucky tractor. But I don't consider it an inanimate object.

Very, very random but I have a scythe that my grandad gave me that I use for trying to remove ragwort; my granny told me it'll bring me good luck. Fairly certain that has never been typed on boards before!

It's never brought me bad luck; mind you, doesn't keep the ragwort away either.

Have the few pet sheeps. Scythe is really only to show the kids how their great-grandad would have done it. Really only a problem in one small haggard anyway.
