    Hi guys
    Looking for some advice.
I took my former employer to court for Constructive dismissal.
Basically I reported something of gross conduct and because I knew about what was going on, I was bullied and intimidated out of my job.
My key witness never showed under a court subpoena (the person who should have been sacked) but still employed as a manager.
To cut a long story short I lost my case on a technicality which was back in September. My ex manager (my key witness) has over recent days began to text me to which I have not replied to. He is texting about the case and making comments about my personal life. He has sent about 10 texts in the past 2 days. Is there anything I can do?
    Thanks in advance

I would recommend going to a solicitor and showing them the text messages

Dave - unfortunately like fixing your car or rewiring your house these things are best left to professionals. You've had one issue already with a technicality - see a solicitor.

You could report it to the Gardaí. It may fall under harassment depending on the content of the texts.

As above, only a professional can help you in this situation.

The forum charter is a decent read if you have the time. There are all sorts of titbits in there about not seeking legal advice.

    Cheers.
