Best offline maps with directions for us on holidays?

    Going to Dubai and want to use my phone for Satnav in the car, does anyone have any recommendations for maps that work offline and have turn by turn directions?

    Here is very good. Uses Nokia maps. Can't link to it from my phone.

    +1 on here maps. Can download the maps for free and you don't need data to use them! Download it from google play

    Thanks, Here looks great, I see they have a web version too https://www.here.com - can you add places as favourites etc on the web and then have them save to your phone? Would be handy to save all the places you want to go in advance.

    Edit: Just tried it and yes, works great! Can't believe I did not know about this, seems fantastic so far! Cheers lads!
