Engine light on and losing power in Berlingo

For the past few days my 07 Berlingo has the yellow/orange engine light come on in dashboard as soon as I start and after a minute of driving the engine power just goes. The engine is still running but I have to turn the key again to get it moving even though it hasn't conked out so to speak. I only had it serviced a month…

For the past few days my 07 Berlingo has the yellow/orange engine light come on in dashboard as soon as I start and after a minute of driving the engine power just goes.
The engine is still running but I have to turn the key again to get it moving even though it hasn't conked out so to speak. I only had it serviced a month ago. I noticed this change when I put Ultra Diesel into it four days ago, it started dragging for a second or two when I pulled out and was fine again but the past two days the problem with the power began.
Has anyone had any problems like this before? Could it be the cold weather or the ultra diesel? My garage is closed until Monday.
