    Hi have the above boiler but every time the boiler runs i need to reset it at the panel( red light comes on) then it runs sound for 1 to 2 hrs. Then when the boiler starts again i have to repeat the process. Boiler was working perfect up till now and have 500litres of kerosene. What could be the issue?

    Great boiler, but needs a service, by somebody with a electronic flue gas analizer giving a paper print out.

    Servicing without this equipment is a waste of money

    It could be a number of issues including:

    If at the panel it's overheating issues, if its the overheat reset thats tripping, causes:

    Boiler temperature set at max (reduce)
    Circulating pump causing issues (may need replacing)
    Temperature Stat Faulty (may need replacing)

    If the burner is being reset:

    Capacitor (gone low)
    Solenoid Coil (causing issues when hot)
    Fuel (partially blocked filters, partial line blockage)

    There can other causes, such as sticky oil pumps etc.

    As Scudo said, most likely best to have someone out to test and diagnose, then repair
    as the above is just a good guess without proper measurement.
